Blow Molding Machine Extrusion System Check
1. Check the heating coil wiring according to the wiring temperature line number, check the alignment in sections, and heat only after confirming that it is correct.
2. Check the thermocouple. According to the PLC programming, the position of each thermocouple is fixed. For the corresponding heating section, the simplest method is to use a lighter to bake it, and then directly measure the temperature on the touch screen to find the temperature section position of each thermocouple.
3. According to the temperature setting screen, set the temperature value of each section according to the product raw material. After confirming on the panel that the temperature reaches the set temperature, you can add materials. Start the extruder and pay attention to the direction of the screw. With the screw as the reference, the counterclockwise direction is correct.
4. Test the operation of the extruder and the flow of the die glue.
A. Test the diversion effect of the diversion plug. When the extrusion weight of two or more die heads is the same, the adjustment of the diversion plug can control the consistency of the length of the flow glue in each section;
B. For the detection of transparent lines, you should first debug whether the flow of the transparent line extruder is normal, whether the extrusion rate can be changed accordingly after changing the inverter parameters, and whether the boundary line of the transparent line is clear.

There are inlet and outlet water pipes on the left and right sides of the feeding section. Cooling water must be passed in during operation for cooling.
