Terms of Warranty Service

1.All models of our company provide free warranty service within one year from the date of delivery.

2.The main part damaged by the normal use of the machine.

3.The scope of warranty parts includes screw, die head, frame, circuit, air circuit, oil circuit, etc.

4.During the warranty period, the service fee for the parts covered by the warranty shall be borne by the seller.

5.During the warranty period, the cost of repair and replacement of wearing parts shall be borne by the buyer.

The following conditions do not apply to the warranty policy

1.Consumable parts such as heating rings, cutter blades, cutter wires, and belts are not covered by the warranty.

2.Man made damage to the machine such as self-disassembly,modification, accessing improper equipment andother illegal use of the machine.

3.Damage caused by non-standard use that do not following the instructions.

4.The machine has been repaired by individuals or service units not authorized by our company

5.Damage caused by accidentslike carrying, water and electricity installationand irresistible factors such as natural disasters.

After-sales service policy

1.After the one-year warranty period, our company can provide the paid after-sale service for the sold machine.

2.When providing paid service, the after-sales fee is determined according to the damage or failure of the specific component.

3.If you need after-sales service, please contact the after-sales service person to communicate and pay for maintenance related matters. The staff will arrange maintenance related matters as soon as possible.
